At GrandpaChens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your GrandpaChens account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
